Q: Is Fleck free?
A: The basic Fleck service is free. But we will also be offering a PRO package for $2.99 a month that offers more functionality than the standard and free package.

Q: Isn't Fleck like graffiti?
A: No, Fleck acts like a layer on the web. It doesn't change the actual code or design of a page.

Q: I'm a website developer and I don't want people to be able to Fleck my site!
A: There are little tricks that you could use to stop Fleck from working. But that would be such a waste! It would be like telling people that they can't underline paragraphs in the book you wrote or tell other people about it!

Q: I would like to use the Fleck Extension with another application besides Firefox or Explorer. Can't you support my application?
A: We just might. Just send us the name of the application you use and where we can download it and we will check it out.

Q: I figured out a different way to use your service. Can I do that?
A: Maybe! Just let us know what you are up to and we might even implement it into Fleck or give you a link from this site.

Q: Is it true that you make a copy of each website that I fleck?
A: yes and no. We don't actually copy the site to our service but we do surf to the website you just flecked with our server. We don't store the site contents but we do pull it.

Q: Does Fleck work on Flash websites?
A: Not very well. Flash movies overlap the Fleck interface. This means that sometimes the Flash movies hide the notes or interface.

Q: Do I need an account?
A: No you don't. Unless you want to use Fleck on multiple computers or if you want to send annotated pages to friends. Then we need to verify your emailaddress once.
